Hi, I’m Charlotte!

For over 20 years, I've been deeply fascinated by all things psychology. My journey has been dedicated to understanding why we think, feel, and act the way we do and through both professional and personal development, I'm committed to empowering you to find the same freedom and authenticity that has transformed my own life.

You may feel overwhelmed by overthinking every decision, constantly second-guessing yourself, and burning out from work, relationships, and social obligations. Perhaps you're someone who avoids confrontation at all costs, over-apologises, or feels overly responsible for others' emotions—always trying to be the easygoing 'good girl.' But deep down, you know you’re ready for a change.

Having experienced the liberation of breaking free from this exhausting cycle and embracing my authentic self, I’m here to guide you in doing the same. Together, we can say yes to the ‘real’ you without guilt, set effective boundaries, stop overthinking, and unlock the confident, authentic life you’ve been longing for.

MY STORY

From as early as I can remember, I was the typical people-pleaser—although at the time, I had no idea that’s what it was called. I was constantly doing everything for everyone, saying yes when deep down I wanted to say no. I adjusted my personality to fit what I thought others wanted, always trying to belong.

I often felt like I was too much and yet never enough. I overthought everything, worried about upsetting people, avoided conflict at all costs, and believed it was my responsibility to keep the peace and be liked—no matter the cost to myself.

On the outside, I seemed easygoing and accommodating. But underneath, I was exhausted, lost, and increasingly resentful of the role I’d boxed myself into. I was always striving for more, yet rarely allowed myself to just be.

The real turning point came with the stark realisation that I didn’t actually know myself. I was plagued by self-doubt and felt deeply disconnected. I knew something had to change.

Embarking on my own healing journey transformed everything. It was never just about learning to say no—it was about rediscovering who I really was underneath the masks, the rules, and the constant self-sacrifice.

I’ve unlocked a kind of self-trust and confidence that doesn’t depend on external approval anymore. Experiencing the freedom that comes with true self-acceptance has been life-changing—and it’s this transformation I’m passionate about helping you access too.

My APPROACH

Choosing me as your therapist or mentor means stepping into a space that’s far removed from traditional talk therapy or standard mindset coaching.

My work integrates psychology and neuroscience with practical, hands-on techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and EMDR. This comprehensive, trauma-informed approach is designed to go beyond surface-level struggles like people-pleasing, low self-esteem, or limiting beliefs. Together, we’ll explore and gently unravel the deeper roots - often tied to trauma, ‘good-girl’ conditioning, attachment patterns, and nervous system dysregulation - so you can make lasting, meaningful change.

Our work will help you understand why you feel stuck in certain cycles and offer clear, structured ways to break free—so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and calm.

GET TO KNOW ME

Outside the therapy room, I'm a mum to a lively little girl and our anxious rescue cockapoo, Max. After years of overthinking every outfit and worrying about being different. I've found joy wearing whatever I feel like wearing and I’m a massive fan of Lucy & Yak. My eclectic music taste (once a chameleon act to fit in with whoever I was around!) now plays true to my own beat.

I feel deeply! I love nature, festivals and dancing - always the first on the dance floor (and no longer worrying what people think!) The freedom it brings is exhilarating. 

While I still love ‘me’ time on my own, embracing my true self has opened up a deeper joy in exploring new things and connecting with others. I’ve found my tribe - and with it, the sense of belonging I’d been craving for years.

Therapy, coaching, and mentoring aren’t just about overcoming struggles; they’re about unlocking the freedom that comes with truly understanding and accepting yourself - and learning what you need to move forward.
