Trauma-informed therapy is focused on transformative change and personal growth (even if you haven’t experienced what you would call ‘trauma’).

Whether you’ve told yourself ‘things aren’t bad enough for therapy’, or you’re already self-aware or you’ve had therapy before that hasn’t ‘worked’ - therapy with me is different.

My level of training, knowledge and expertise means we go deeper (at your pace) to not only get to the real root of your difficulties - we do something about it too.

We’ll address the root cause of what you’re going through and integrate new, healthier patterns so you can build a future that’s aligned with your authentic self.

    Pre-Session Questionnaire: Before your session, you’ll receive a comprehensive questionnaire. This tool is designed to help you reflect on your experiences and prepare to get the most out of our time together.

    90-Minute Private 1:1 Session: This structured deep-dive session will allow us to map out your emotional and behavioural patterns and identify critical shifts needed for change. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges in a supportive and understanding environment.

    Personalised Formulation & Plan: At the end of your session, you’ll receive a personalised formulation of your struggles. This plan will clarify what has been keeping you stuck and provide you with a clear path forward, tailored to your specific needs and goals.

    30-Minute Private 1-1 Follow-Up Session: A 30-minute follow-up will be scheduled within 4 weeks to review your progress and address any new or ongoing concerns. This is a great opportunity to refine your plan and ensure you have the support you need to continue making positive changes.

    Option to Upgrade: ‘UNLOCK Clarity’ is a standalone therapeutic experience designed to provide immediate insights and strategies. If you wish to delve deeper, you have the option to seamlessly transition and apply your payment from ‘UNLOCK Clarity’ towards the ‘UNLOCK Change’ package. This ensures continuity in your therapeutic journey and further personal growth without repeating initial steps.

  • Wherever you prefer - as long as you are in a comfortable and confidential place with strong internet connection and access to Zoom your setting is up to you! This is the beauty of remote therapy.

  • When you invest in therapy or mentoring with me, you’re not just paying for my time—you’re investing in accredited, trauma-informed expertise backed by over 15 years of experience in mental health and 25 years of studying psychology, neuroscience, and attachment.

    If you're looking for a flexible option, I offer pay-per-session therapy typically priced at £120 however if you are struggling to commit I offer a sliding scale of £95-120. Alternatively you may wish to explore the UNLOCK Clarity or Visibility Mentoring package.

    You may be able to fund your therapy through insurance such as BUPA, AXA AVIVA or WPA or other third party organisations - please mention this when you make contact.

  • The UNLOCK Clarity session is not suitable for individuals who are looking for therapy to help them specifically address past experiences that are holding them back or looking for a deeper approach - Therapy Sessions would be more suitable for those needs.

    Unlock Clarity is not suitable for people who are in immediate crisis, need trauma processing work. It's designed for those wanting to gain deeper insight into what’s keeping them stuck and how to start moving forward.

  • I’m registered with WPA, Aviva, AXA and BUPA and others, however my availability to accept insurance work is often limited. Please mention your insurer when you make contact with me and I can confirm my availability for you.

  • I’m usually unable to offer free telephone consultations due to limited availability however please do reach out via the contact form with any questions and I will get back to you asap and within 2 working days.

  • I have many years experience working with people experiencing a range of difficulties whether that be PTSD, Complex trauma, ADHD masking, panic attacks, social anxiety, worry, overthinking and overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and more. 

    Some of the people I work with don’t realise they are people-pleasers until we start exploring their patterns of behaviour and thought processes. Feel free to contact me to find out more about how I can help.

  • My training, experience and qualifications means I often work with people who have been in therapy before and not felt the benefit. 

    A lot of the people I work with describe previous episodes of therapy where they ‘get it’ but don’t ‘feel it’ and therefore nothing has really changed. This is why my approach is different - it’s all about getting to the root of your difficulties and working from the inside out with the aim of transformation and lasting changes to occur. 

  • Appointments usually take place Monday - Thursday from 9:30am with my latest available appointment taking place at 4:30pm. There may be occasions when I can offer you a Friday appointment.

  • Due to the nature of private practice, I’m unable to provide crisis support or respond to urgent requests. If you need emotional support as a matter of urgency please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT on 85258.  You can also seek support from your GP or local mental health service / crisis team.   If you are concerned you may be at risk of hurting yourself and are worried you may not be able to keep yourself safe please call 999 or attend A&E.

  • The beauty of online remote therapy means you can access our sessions from various geographical locations Unfortunately there are some limits due to my insurance and legalities for example, I’m unable to provide sessions to people based in the USA and Canada unless you are wanting to access coaching or mentoring.  If you want to check we can work together please don’t hesitate to reach out via the contact form
