  • Wherever you prefer - as long as you are in a comfortable and confidential place with strong internet connection and access to Zoom your setting is up to you! This is the beauty of remote therapy.

  • The UNLOCK Method is a focused and structured six-phase approach incorporating all my years of expertise, qualifications and knowledge.

Each step is designed around evidence-based techniques to help you ‘unlock’ what you need to reach your therapy, coaching or mentoring goals with confidence.

  • When you invest in therapy or mentoring with me, you’re not just paying for my time—you’re investing in accredited, trauma-informed expertise backed by over 15 years of experience in mental health and 25 years of studying psychology, neuroscience, and attachment.

If you're looking for a flexible option, I offer pay-per-session therapy and mentoring. These are typically priced at £120 however if you are struggling to commit I offer a sliding scale of £95-120. Alternatively you may wish to explore the various packages available to find the right fit for your needs.

You may be able to fund your therapy through insurance such as BUPA, AXA AVIVA or WPA or other third party organisations - please mention this when you make contact.

  • The Unlock Change package is not suitable for individuals who are looking for therapy to help them address past experiences that are holding them back or looking for a more explorative approach - Therapy Sessions would be more suitable for those needs. Unlock Change is not suitable for people who are in immediate crisis, need trauma processing work, or are looking for a quick fix without engaging in implementing proven techniques. It's designed for those ready to commit to moving forward by following a structured coaching therapeutic program with active participation and reflection between sessions. If you're dealing with acute mental health issues or need immediate assistance, other services may be more appropriate to meet your needs at this time.

  • I take confidentiality really seriously - for both therapy AND mentoring - I want you to feel as comfortable as possible working with me. I will only share testimonials or feedback if you have given your consent. There are of course very rare occasions where I may have to share information with another service or professional, for example if required by law or in the case of a risk to yourself or other - in those (rare) cases, I would always seek your consent first where possible. Confidentiality will be covered in more detail in the document you receive before sessions start.

  • I’m registered with WPA, Aviva, AXA and BUPA and others, however my availability to accept insurance work is often limite. Please mention your insurer when you make contact with me and I can confirm my availability for you.

  • I’m often unable to offer free telephone consultations due to limited availability however please do reach out via the contact form with any questions and I will get back to you asap and within 2 working days.

  • I have many years experience working with people experiencing a range of difficulties whether that be PTSD, Complex trauma, ADHD masking, panic attacks, social anxiety, worry, overthinking and overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and more.

Some of the people I work with don’t realise they are people-pleasers until we start exploring their patterns of behaviour and thought processes. Feel free to contact me to find out more about how I can help.

  • My training, experience and qualifications means I often work with people who have been in therapy before and not felt the benefit.

A lot of the people I work with describe previous episodes of therapy where they ‘get it’ but don’t ‘feel it’ and therefore nothing has really changed. This is why my approach is different - it’s all about getting to the root of your difficulties and working from the inside out with the aim of transformation and lasting changes to occur.

  • The frequency of Therapy sessions is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will discuss and determine a session schedule that best supports your personal growth journey. This flexible approach ensures that your therapy aligns perfectly with your individual circumstances and the pace at which you are comfortable progressing.

For clients referred through insurance, sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly basis. However, this can vary depending on the specific terms of your insurance contract and the referral instructions provided by your insurer. We will review and adhere to these guidelines to ensure your therapy aligns with the stipulated requirements, and I will work with you to make any necessary adjustments.

In the 'Unlock Change' three-month package, you are scheduled for six sessions. We will typically meet every two weeks. This bi-weekly arrangement allows sufficient time between sessions for you to reflect on and apply what we've discussed, ensuring that you can make the most out of your therapy journey. If you have any specific scheduling needs or adjustments, please feel free to discuss them with me during our initial session or via email.
